The site describes my work. It has no checkout, lists no fixed prices and takes no online payments. Visiting the site, following a link or sending an inquiry does not create a contract.

How an engagement is agreed
Each engagement starts with a conversation about your problem. Before any commitment we agree, in a written proposal or agreement, on:
- the scope, deliverables and timeline;
- the total price, currency and applicable taxes, and the payment schedule;
- support and maintenance expectations after delivery;
- ownership and licensing of the work and any existing code, models or data;
- confidentiality and data handling, including where data and models will run;
- cancellation and, where it applies, withdrawal rights.
Invoices are issued under Turkish tax rules. Unless we agree otherwise, I work remotely in English or Turkish.
Consumers
If you are a consumer and the contract is concluded at a distance, Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply. Before the contract is concluded I will give you the required pre-contract information, including the main characteristics of the service, the provider's identity and contact details, the total price including taxes, payment and performance terms, and your right of withdrawal. For services, the 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded; if you ask for performance to start within that period, the statutory rules on withdrawal for services already begun apply. This page cannot limit that right. For complaints you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence, within the limits the law sets. This page alone is not a distance sales contract or pre-contract information form.
Businesses
For business customers, the written agreement governs, together with the Turkish Code of Obligations and Commercial Code to the extent not otherwise agreed.
