About Me
I'm Hasan Can Solakoğlu — an AI researcher, software engineer, and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing artificial intelligence with practical, real-world applications.
I run a registered sole proprietorship in Türkiye, combining open-source AI work with paid engineering services. I develop and maintain developer tools, speech models and language datasets. Text to Speech Models
Developing high-fidelity Turkish TTS systems that produce natural, expressive speech. Currently building Orkhon TTS, pushing the boundaries of speech synthesis for the Turkish language.
Large Language Models
Research on training methodologies, fine-tuning strategies, and practical deployment of LLMs. Focused on making these models more accessible and effective across different languages.
Vision Models
Exploring multimodal architectures that bridge language and vision, enabling AI systems to understand and reason about visual information.
AI Dataset Creation
Building large-scale, high-quality datasets — including a 4-million-entry Turkish Wikipedia QA dataset — that enable training robust AI models for underrepresented languages.
AI Alignment & Training
Investigating alignment techniques and training methodologies to ensure AI systems are safe, reliable, and aligned with human values.
